I would greatly appreciate it if a settlement (payout) statement could be made available in Enrollsy. During our financial audits, we are required to demonstrate a clear link between each customer’s payment and the corresponding deposit into our bank account. At the moment, Enrollsy does not provide a settlement statement. To verify payments, we have to cross-reference the Enrollsy receipt with the Till payment statement and/or ACHQ statement, and then match those to our bank statement. Because the figures are not presented in a consolidated format, the reconciliation process is quite complex and time-consuming. It would be extremely helpful if we could download a payout statement that clearly lists the customer transactions included in each deposit, so we can easily see which payments are tied to each payout.

If instructors do not have all access, limit view of enrolled students to classes that they have permissions in. We do not want instructors to be able to view enrollment until classes/students are assigned to them. We have a specific registration time period, and it creates havoc and anxiety among employees during this stressful time.

Ability to auto add fee when payment declines for credit cards in autopay the same as ACH. We charge this as a late fee and the process ends up being manual and obviously the capabilities are there to automatically add it.

Add function to hide instructor names on course assignments - so instructors can see their rosters, but students can't see who is assigned to their class

Sort Enrollees in Birthdate order, not alphabetical order in accounts so that younger children/currently enrolled are shown first and older children are hidden.

Allow Account Holders to opt-into a Directory where they can specify what information to share with others and all those who have opted-in have access.

Can we please hide unassigned list to all instructors for privacy purposes.

Can the time allowed to "check out" during enrollment be decreased from the 30 minutes to 10 minutes? Families are sent to waitlists when someone is still in the process of checking out and is causing over capacity sometimes or for families to be sent to waitlists when there are spots available.

Mostly classes are ordered 0-9 first then letters, then numbers starting with "10" and after. However, this can change depending on if the class is recurring, has a list of dates, etc.

We charge a $30 bounced check fee, however some families pay just the invoice, without the $30 bounce fee (although this is stated in the contract) with prior provider, we don't have this problem, as families can only pay full amount of invoices (never part of an invoice). Could we disallow families to pay custom amount? (so they can only pay full amount on selected invoices)
