Switching student enrollment when they are in multiple classes

If a student is only enrolled in one class in a program, I can remove them from class and they will wait in limbo so that I can assign or re-enroll them into another class. However, if they are enrolled in 2+ classes within the same program when I remove them from the class (even though they have paid for the class), they just completely disappear and I have to go find them, re-enrollment without charging them. Then assign the previous payment to the new enrollment. Please make it so that I can simply switch them from one class to another.

Thanks for laying this out, Plastic Lemming — that’s really helpful context. I can see how disruptive it would be to have an enrollee “disappear” when they’re in 2+ classes and you’re just trying to move them, especially when payment has already been made and you then have to re-enroll and re-apply the payment. We’re going to take a closer look at this workflow on our side and follow up once we’ve dug in a bit more.
