It would be nice if I didn't have to think so hard or spend so much time when I need to refund someone. I need to look at the instructions each time I refund, since I do not refund every day. In our previous software, I would simply open the student record, select the "Refund" button next to the class that I wanted to make the refund for, enter the refund amount into a box, and I could add an optional message. I could also check a box if I wanted the student unenrolled. The software then on its own applied the refund to the account, refunded the payment method, emailed the parent a notice that they had been refunded, and removed the student from the class.
