Upgrading "Documents" features - tagging, reporting, and downloading

Allow admin to pull reports of students/accounts who have uploaded documents, allow tagging of accounts from documents page, allow multiple downloads from documents page (instead of having to individually download each student's document).

Hello Oxblood Ocelot! I have a few more questions for you:

Could you please specify the types of tags you would like to use for accounts from the documents page?
What specific information would you like to see in the reports of students/accounts who have uploaded documents?
Could you clarify what you mean by 'multiple downloads from documents page'? Are you referring to downloading multiple documents at once or something else?
