Hello! I am sending out notices of late payments (this in itself is tedious) and it would be very helpful if I could see if the secondary account holder is able to update the payment method. This also will be helpful when I ask parents to update information in their accounts, not just payment info. For example of the extra work involved, I sent a request to parents to update payment info, and the secondary parent who did not have login access attempted multiple times to log in, not knowing why she couldn't, then she sent me multiple screenshots of her attempts. Knowing ahead of time that she could not log in would have saved her a bunch of time and a headache. This may not be a highly requested feature, but it would be very helpful.
