When you say “attach files,” are you thinking internal notes/files for staff only, or something the family can also view/download in the portal? And are these more like one-off uploads (e.g., a doctor’s note) or documents you’d want tied to the account long-term? Either way, this is helpful context and we’ll take a closer look.
