Makes no sense that Auto Pay does not work if a child has been "inactivated" because they dropped from a program. Auto Pay should be based on the account holder's BALANCE, not whether or not any child or child's enrollment in a program has been inactivated. Auto Pay should pull the balance on any account that has a balance, period. That is why we encourage parents to sign up. It also should only draft ONE amount, the total account balance. The credit card company also charges us a "per transaction" fee, so our credit card fees are going to be astronomical because of this change. Some families have 4 children that will be attending our Before & After school program, so based on this way of charging per "program", we can have up to EIGHT transactions per family.
