Progress is saved for a new customer (who doesn't already have an Enrollsy account) as long as the customer uses the same browser they used when they started the form (on the same device). They will need to click "OK" on the

"Continue where you left off" popup (see screenshot below). Returning customers who use the same email address as the one on file (if they already have an Enrollsy account) will be guided to sign in. All previous information on their account will autopopulate on the enroll form.
