For subscription plans, create a setting that allows an Admin to set a number of days after enrollment wherein the customer would get their first prorated subscription charge. Perhaps allowing for 1-30 days after enrollment. This would require collecting a payment method at the time of enrollment even though there is nothing being paid for.
