Freeze top header row within Participant table

Freeze the top header row of the Participant table, and add a vertical scrolling bar within the table. Currently I can only see the header row with the first 15 participants, and we have 50+ enrollments to view. Thanks!

It's difficult to decipher some columns of data as you scroll without being able to see the column headers.
