Currently if you no longer have a question on an enrollment form it can be hidden for the Enrollee completing the form but the Admin still sees the question. If question were to deleted then all historical data is gone on Admin side.

Ideally the historical data should be available without having to see the old question on the Admin dashboard if it is no longer a current field.
