Make Enrollment Periods private so Admins can test Enrollment without it being live

I would like to see an option to test new enrollments that are not yet active without it going live where there is a risk of parents being able to use / see the enrollment during the testing phase.

Thank you for the feedback! A workaround is to make all the programs within the enrollment period private while you test (the enrollment period will not show up at all on the customer side.
