More flexibility to filter when pulling lists of students (Enrollees Table)

Currently, it is only possible to choose one filter from a limited number of categories and exceptions are not allowed. For example, I need a list of all students who enrolled last year, EXCEPT those who have already enrolled this year, and EXCEPT those who have aged out of the program.
