Allow the option for programs / group enrollments to not count towards the official enrollment count. Have a checkbox or toggle for "do not add group's enrollments to official enrollment count." Would enable for more accurate numbers in the dashboard view. For example: When adding a free interest group that folks "enroll" / signup for, but don't have these enrollments count toward a program's official enrollments.
