Thank you for this feedback. We have been wanting to get to this for a long time. I think this is a two part issue.

First, we are planning to create an Account timeline that will allow both Enrollsy and Admins to post things to at the Account level.

Second, we are planning to add more settings to all Activities that would allow an Admin user to configure which Activities should notify an Account Holder when posted and which should not. These notifications will likely happen by email and push notification to the app.
