Company wants to implement a classroom checklist report from staff. When adding the activity form to the staff tab, Enrollsy has said this exists but is not functioning. The only way for this to function is to put it under the Enrolee activity tab. But in order to submit this form that is not related to children and not for parents, you are forced to select a child to report this under.
This is confusing to staff. The feature to hide the view from parents exists, but this should not be a difficult thing to implement, as the system exists for the enrollee category, so if a staff category exists, it should function as people are paying for this service.
The purpose of this is for staff to file status reports to management for center safety purposes, and we have had to create a fake class with a fake student and an in-depth tutorial video on our own for our staff to use this.
