Hello Justin Kemp! Please answer the following questions concerning this feedback:
1- Can you provide more details on the scenarios when you would want to restrict or allow SMS permissions?
2- Are there specific roles (like admin, instructor, etc.) that should have the ability to control these permissions?
3- Would you like this permission setting to be applicable on a per-user basis or should it be a global setting?
