While the Class Selection overlay window appears, the "Add another Enrollee" button is present and doesn't actually work. For people who want to add two enrollees to the same class at the same time, the presence of the button gives the impression that this is achievable here even though it's actually not. It's a source of confusion and frustration for parents who want to enroll multiple children in the same class, especially when the class fills up quickly.

The button is also present before someone opens the Class Selection window, and is also confusing. However, no one has complained about this button at this step in the Program Selection process. However, it seems like no one would logically use it at this point under the Program Selection.
