Allow Admins to configure which Activities and other events such as adding content, invoicing, etc. trigger a push notification to Instructors or Customers.

When class email reminders are turned on, there should be a way to ensure that reminders are only sent out before the first day of class, rather than before each day the class is running. This is the case for classes set to run on a weekly basis (not a series model).
