Known Bugs

When selecting the name of an account holder on a "Document" notification within the Notification Center, the link does not take you to the documents page or to the customer's portal. The "Activity" notification does take Admins to the Account Holders account. The view button on the notification works as would be expected, however the link to the customer's account does not work.

Please change how the enrollees table sorts to ignore capitalization. Some parents do not capitalize their child's name, and that throughs off how they sort in the Enrollees table.

Coupon codes that are 100% off take 100% off at enrollment but actually don't credit all charge items and leave a balance

If a customer prepays and there are future invoices, apply the payment to future invoices.

When a pay-in-full plan and a scheduled plan are presented on the enrollment form and proration is in use, if the payment plan is a scheduled plan with payment events in the past, the proration logic that creates the total amount due is not consistent and the plans have different amounts due.

When some Account Holders enter their last 4 and a PIN, they are shown a list of all the Instructors and then have to scroll down to the bottom of the list to find the Enrollee they are wanting to check-in/out.

The problem is when parents put their answers one on top of the other in a field. The answer can't be mapped in the document so it errors and won't add the document.

Sibling (multiple) discount not working on payment plans

All activities should have a class associated with them since Jan 2023. There are intermittent creations of activities that are not associated with a class.

In some instances, balances in the aging report when filtered to a past date are not correct. This is a known issue and we are working to fix this.
