NEED to be able to easily duplicate a program enrollment form. We have families fill out the same questions year to year but if we use the same enrollment form and edit responses (even slightly) to a multiple choice question then the original answers on program using the same form will disappear. The only alternative is to create a new program enrollment form but if 95% of the questions are identical its very time consuming to do that. Can Enrollsy please allow the ability to duplicate a Program Form?
