It seems that one issue is that the "program" column was not initially saved in the "Roster with Programs" view (see screenshot below). This is why the column does not appear when the view is selected.

When trying to edit the view by adding the program column, the view was not actually being edited. Currently, there is no option to edit a saved view, as the view becomes inactive when columns are selected or deselected and the "done" button is clicked.

Therefore, to edit a particular view (add or remove columns), you have to do the following:

* Select the view (to load the current columns)

* Add or remove columns and click “done”

* Save the current view by clicking “Views” then “Save View”

* Name the view (something different than the view you’re editing)

* Delete the view you needed to edit if you no longer need it

For example, in the screen recording below, the Program View is selected. I then added the Payment Plan Name column. When I clicked “Done” the Program View was no longer active. So to add the Payment Plan Name column, I have to add the column then click “Views” then “Save View” and save the current columns with a new name. I called this “Program Name-Payment Plans” When I click on this view, it shows the Payment Plan Name. When I go back to the Program View, it does not have this column.

There is a bug when you click off the view (the chip still shows the view even though the view is no longer active). The chip goes away once you click the “Views” button again. I’ll open a new ticket on this issue.
