Known Bugs

In some instances, balances in the aging report when filtered to a past date are not correct. This is a known issue and we are working to fix this.

Coupon codes that are 100% off take 100% off at enrollment but actually don't credit all charge items and leave a balance

Payment Plans on the class level do not show up on the Browse page. Only pay-in-full shows up.

Customers using customer portal and choosing invoices when paying; payments are not being attached to the chosen invoice(s)

customers being auto-billed twice for the same charges

customer payments are not going to the correct invoices, but crediting other invoices

In V2 billing, some customer credits (gift cards and prepayments) are visible to the customer in their account, but not visible to the administrator when viewing the customer's balance inside Enrollsy.
